Following the success of Noma 2.0, paired with the
implications of the pandemic throughout the past year, David Thulstrup and René
Redzepi are continuing their collaboration. With the aim to make the restaurant
future-proof while maintaining a unique guest experience, Noma will introduce a
new space designed by David Thulstrup. Guests will already be able to
experience it from June 1 upon the official reopening of restaurants in
Denmark.
