The Copenhagen based architecture, interior and design practice Studio David Thulstrup, is looking for a fresh, enthusiastic, and motivated Communications Coordinator.

David Thulstrup has completed an extensive portfolio of local and international projects ranging from new residential architecture and domestic interiors, to retail stores, hospitality, and product design. Recently David received Wallpaper* Design Award 2019 for ‘Best New Restaurant’ for Noma 2.0, as well as being selected one of Architectural Digest’s 200 Influencers.

We are an international team of architects, interior designers, product designers and specialists, working in a naturally lid studio space in an industrial building in Amager, Copenhagen.

You have a professional degree within communications, and 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in within a creative business.

As the Communications Coordinator you will be the driving force in promoting visibility, publicity, and branding in a broad range of medias. You will be responsible for the press work and to ensure a solid operation of website and social media. You will also be the coordinating link to press and communication partners.

We would like you to join us full-time at our office in Copenhagen as soon as possible.

  • Being the studio’s communication liaison to press
  • Develop and maintain the communication and social media strategy
  • Create press materials (press releases, project portfolios, etc.)
  • Produce texts for articles, project descriptions, newsletter, website, and award submissions
  • Create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
  • Project manager of press events, photo shoots, fair talks
  • Manage, drive, and grow social media platforms and website
  • Produce and distribute newsletters

  • Degree in communications, or equivalent, with 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong, versatile communication skills, verbal and written
  • Demonstrated experience with all types of social media
  • Ability to display flexibility and creativity in developing new content and concepts
  • Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Engaging team player with ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and manage your tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
  • Experience with web content management systems
