Together with TOG (The Office Group) and next to the Thames, Borough Yards, is a new social, cultural shopping hub in London. The design-led co-working spaces of 50.000 m² is a translation of the area’s brick arches, the railway, and the characterizing green metal and glass roof of the Borough market next door. The ochre tones of the bricks and the green metal glass structure were the openings to start a color and material palette, translating the historic industrial aesthetic into thoroughly modern interiors, that identifies and connects the new space to its area.
